This donation-based event is an invitation to step out of your individual practice and into a collective flow of restorative energy.

The Flow of the Evening:

• Arrival & Grounding (6:20 PM): We ask all participants to arrive a bit early to settle in.

• Connection: We begin with brief introductions and a guided meditation to align our collective breath and intention.
