What to expect;

Please plan to arrive 10-15 min prior to the start time to get settled in.

Find a spot on a mat or select a canvas chair.

-Designed to promote calm, balance, and inner stillness, sound frequencies may help reduce stress, quiet mental chatter, and encourage deep relaxation.

-The session length is 35- 40min.

-At the close of the session, you will hear a set of chimes. Know that you may wish to remain in the quiet for several minutes to enhance your experience.
