Please join us for a gathering celebrating the beginning of winter, the longest night.

A time when we go within to release old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, in preparation for the return of the light and our renewal.

There will be smudging, movement (qigong), breathwork, journaling and grounding.

Please bring something to place on our altar. (a candle, stone, feather or anything else that is meaningful to you)

We’ll end with a closing circle and sharing.
