First we will talk and connect with a few questions and then the pattern of the breath will be explained and a demonstration given.  Afterwards, lying flat on your back, we will begin.

You will be guided the whole time while a curated playlist plays in the background.

We will breathe for 35 - 40 minutes and end with a meditation.

This is where the magic happens.

Afterwards we will go around the room and anyone who would like to share their experience is welcome to share.
