About Lenny
Lenny is deeply grateful for more than 20 years of experience in massage and bodywork and the diverse opportunities her career has provided. Her journey has taken her from a remote wilderness resort in Northern California, where she worked with whitewater kayakers and outdoor adventurers from around the world, to spa and clinical settings and, ultimately, to educating and mentoring future massage therapists as an instructor and Clinical Director at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy.

A graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Lenny also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Albany. In 2018, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Vidya and mentor Lauren Toolin and continues to deepen her understanding of yoga, Ayurveda, and the science of mind-body wellness. Together, these experiences form the foundation of her thoughtful, holistic, and integrative approach to massage and bodywork.

Lenny is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, genuinely heard, and supported. She believes every session begins by meeting each person exactly where they are, with the intention of easing tension, restoring balance, and creating opportunities for lasting change. Whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, her goal is to help you leave feeling more grounded.
