On giving gratitude and blessings for our food and its sources, we become more present and paradoxically end up feeling satiated earlier.
The recommendations may seem deceptively simple, but will kickstart not only weight loss but better enjoyment of meals.
Simple wholesome recipes will be shared to “sub” for high calorie, less nutritive habitual foods.
