What to expect;

Please plan to arrive 10-15 min prior to the start time to get settled in.

Our Sound Bath invites you into a deeply meditative state by creating sounds and vibrations that are good for the nervous system.

There is no water involved, rather you will lie comfortably on a mat with a pillow and blankets to your liking.

Wendy Van Lare RN & Reiki Master, will play various instruments including crystal bowls, turning forks, chimes, rain drums to help you deeply relax.

You need not do anything other than show up!  There is no particular thought, movement or knowledge necessary.  You will simply relax and receive.
