I was introduced to Reiki in a hospital setting & have studied to the Master level.
I feel it is my highest calling as a nurse to spend one on one time, to listen and work to find a path to healing & energy balance.

Donna is a retired teacher of 35 years, is currently an Apprentice Essentrics Instructor working toward her certification. As she continues to develop her skills under the guidance of a certified instructor, the classes will be free of charge.
Donna first became interested Essentrics after suffering from several injuries to her back and shoulder. She also experienced age related pain including plantar fasciitis, pain in the hand & neck.
Once she began Essentrics, she gradually experienced a relief of most of her pain.
The important benefit is ease of the program with real life applications for reoccurrence of pain.

Spirituality, music and sharing with community have always been an integral part of my life. It is an honor to create a space for healing, grounding & relaxation through music.
