I was introduced to Reiki in a hospital setting & have studied to the Master level.
I feel it is my highest calling as a nurse to spend one on one time, to listen and work to find a path to healing & energy balance.

Stevi works with herbals, crystals & ancient forms of divination. She is also a spiritual councilor and believer in natural wellness.

Apprentice Essentrics Instructor

Donna is a retired teacher of 35 years, is currently an Apprentice Essentrics Instructor working toward her certification. As she continues to develop her skills under the guidance of a certified instructor, the classes will be free of charge.
Donna first became interested Essentrics after suffering from several injuries to her back and shoulder. She also experienced age related pain including plantar fasciitis, pain in the hand & neck.
Once she began Essentrics, she gradually experienced a relief of most of her pain.
The important benefit is ease of the program with real life applications for reoccurrence of pain.

Knitting has been an important part of life throughout the ages. Linda invites all, regardless of their personal level of experience. She welcomes you to join in the therapy of this satisfying & practical activity.
